This page explains what personal data Mobislide SAS ("Mobislide", "we") collects through mobislide.fr, why, for how long, and how you can exercise your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The data controller is Mobislide SAS, contactable at contact@mobislide.fr.
When you submit the contact form or the investor access form, we collect the information you provide: full name, company, job title, phone number, professional email, team size (contact form) or fund name (investor form), your optional comment, and the language of the form.
Purpose: to respond to your request and get in touch with you about Mobislide.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries submitted to us and, where applicable, the steps you request prior to entering into a contract with us.
Retention: up to 3 years from our last contact with you, after which your data is deleted unless a business relationship has started (in which case standard commercial/accounting retention rules apply).
On your first visit, a banner asks whether you accept basic traffic-measurement tracking. Nothing described in this section is collected unless you click "Accept" — if you click "Decline", or take no action, none of this data is recorded. You can review or change your choice at any time via the "Tracking preferences" link in the footer.
If you accept, each time you load a page our server records:

Legal basis: your consent, given via the banner.
Retention: 13 months from your visit.
No cookies: this site does not use cookies. Your consent choice itself is kept in your browser's local storage (not sent to any server) purely to avoid showing the banner again — this is strictly necessary and does not require separate consent.
Your data is only accessible to Mobislide's team. It is never sold. Two external service providers act as data processors on our behalf:

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@mobislide.fr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL) or your local supervisory authority.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
